30 Minute Workouts

At our Palm Harbor Fitness Boot Camp you will be amazed at what you can get done in only 30 minutes! We also train women of all fitness levels, ages and body shapes. And we have many newbies who have never done a fitness boot camp.

The trainer changes the workouts every single time but for example in one workout, you will workout for 50 seconds with a 10 second break, while challenging all kinds of muscles at the same time. The goal with 30-minute fitness boot camp style workout is to get your heart rate up in spurts of energy.

We had many women do our fitness boot camp that were convinced they needed an hour workout but quickly found out that in that 30 minutes she got a better workout then she did in her former one hour workout.
